LP4Y has developed a unique Professional Training for Entrepreneurs (PTE) program, which provides the selected underprivileged Youth with an opportunity to join the 18 month integration ecosystem, and to receive coaching and mentoring from the LP4Y volunteers, as well as professional partners and universities.

OUR IMPACT

  • Gathering best practices from successful E-learning platforms employed by similar organizations

  • Developing a brief outlining the goals, structure, and benefits of the E-learning platform, targeting LP4Y members (brochure) and potential partners (short PowerPoint)

  • Identifying the criteria for partner selection and suggest 2-3 E-learning tool providers for LP4Y to approach

SUMMER 2017 - Kalmat Foundation

 
 

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Kalmat employs a wide network of volunteers in the US, Europe, and Sri Lanka and is currently supporting around 500 Sri Lankan children. To ensure that every child has a pair of shoes and enough school supplies for a year, Kalmat needs to raise at least 20,000 USD annually.

  • Developing a business model for Kalmat to successfully reach the goal of providing 500 children with yearly school shoes and supplies

  • Developing a new communication strategy to tell an inspiring story and encourage organisations to make donations for the cause

ABOUT THE CLIENT

AEM is a start-up project in Ghana (West Africa) with the aim to help rural pupils across the country and expand later across other Africa countries by providing them with good health care and relevant education for sustainable regional and continental development.

  • Market Research: AEM aims to raise the sufficient funds for the success of Rural Education project from organizations in Europe, America and other countries in the world

  • Elaboration of a detail strategy to approach these organizations

  • Preparing an effective and competitive presentation to be used by AEM
