ABOUT THE CLIENT

Zero Waste Jam follows the mantra “Use what you have” and is focusing on fighting the waste of food by using overcapacities from its partners. Through cooperation with multiple producers such as farms, Zero Waste Jam sources high-quality but otherwise unnecessarily discarded raw materials to produce a portfolio of jams, jellies, chutneys and syrups.

  • Developing the Corporate Strategy for Zero Waste Jam and outlining the most important KPIs such as turnover, profitability, size of operations, etc.

  • Evaluating financial requirements and ideal financial structure to accomplish the aims of the Corporate strategy

ABOUT THE CLIENT (returning)

Pieter Hoff aims at achieving the reforestation of 2 billion hectares (5 billion acres) of degraded farmland by 2075. He has founded Groasis Tech to develop the necessary technology to do so, and is in the process of founding the Treesolution Foundation to demonstrate that reforestation at large scale is feasible.

  • Developing an independent business model, outlining KPIs, financial forecasts

  • Identifying opportunities for Groasis to expand its distribution system to other countries
